Zenith Finance struggled with outdated branding and a fragmented online presence. The website had a high bounce rate, poor user engagement, and lacked a cohesive user experience. Additionally, their product offerings were difficult to navigate, leading to customer confusion and low conversion rates
Solution
I led a complete redesign of Zenith Finance’s brand identity, website, and product interface. This included modernizing the logo, establishing a consistent visual language, and creating a user-centered website with intuitive navigation. I also streamlined the product interface to improve usability and clarity, ensuring users could easily understand and engage with Zenith’s financial services.
Market Analysis
Through competitor analysis and user research, we identified key industry trends and customer pain points. The findings highlighted the need for a simplified and trustworthy brand image, as well as a responsive and easy-to-navigate web platform. This informed our design choices, ensuring that the new branding and website would stand out in the competitive financial services market.
